This privacy policy explains how Nicolaas-Eleonora ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
Nicolaas-Eleonora, Keizersgracht 391A, 1016 EJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 77883101, VAT number NL003254169B53. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@liliannicolaas.com.
It covers personal data we process as controller: data collected through this website, through enquiries and correspondence, and in the course of delivering coaching and facilitation services. Where you use a third-party platform we rely on (such as our coaching platform), that provider processes data on our behalf as our processor, and this policy applies to that data.
This website has no contact or enquiry forms and runs no analytics or tracking. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies. The only information processed when you visit is the standard technical data that our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the site, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request. A single functional setting stores your language preference locally in your own browser; it is not a cookie, is not used to track you, and is not shared.
If you email us or book a call, we process the contact and scheduling details you provide, typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. If you engage us for coaching or facilitation, we process the information needed to deliver and administer that work, including session scheduling, notes, and the information you share during the engagement, together with billing and invoicing details.
We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. The only client-side storage is the functional language preference described above, which remains on your device.
We share personal data only with the service providers we rely on to operate, and only as needed:
We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, for example to comply with a court order or a lawful request from a public authority. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and India. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the provider's data processing terms. You can request more information about these safeguards using the contact details above.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Financial and administrative records are retained for seven years, in line with the Dutch statutory tax retention obligation. Engagement and coaching records are kept for the duration of the working relationship and deleted afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with you. Website technical logs are retained only for a short period by our hosting provider.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, and we rely on providers that maintain their own security measures. Session notes are handled confidentially and stored within the platforms described above.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@liliannicolaas.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, we would like the chance to put it right, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Our services are intended for professional adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always the one published on this page.
